Shipping & Return Shipping Questions
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. With this link you can see exactly where your package is at the time.
Please check via tracking if the package was left with a neighbor. If it is not with a neighbor and the shipping status has not changed for 5 days, please contact us by email.
Shipping is FREE throughout Germany.
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
You can return your items within 14 days.
Email the Yarn Fairy and she will send you a return label. This way your return will always be sent to the right address – free of charge, of course.

Put the items in the package and stick the enclosed return label on the outside of the package. The return shipment is free of charge for you and goes to the right recipient.

You can drop off the package at a DPD parcel store. Please keep the issued return receipt until we confirm your return. Find a return station near you

The purchase amount will be credited within 14 days after your item has arrived at the Garnfee.
Since each product is 100% handmade and special, it takes about 3 weeks to create the product. Then there are the delivery times.

An order on garnfee.de can only be delivered to a delivery address in Germany.
Under addresses in the customer account you can add or edit your shipping and billing addresses.
Did you enter a wrong address when ordering?
No problem! Feel free to email the Yarn Fairy at info@garnfee.de. It is no longer possible to change the delivery address for a submitted order via the system.
Payment & Refund Questions
Pay conveniently and securely with your credit card. The Garnfee accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
You can also pay conveniently via Paypal. If you choose payment by PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal page at the end of the order process. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in there with your user data and make the payment.
Your return will always be credited according to the payment method you chose when placing your order.
When will I receive confirmation of my return?
After your return has been received by the Yarn Fairy, she will check what you have returned. Please give her up to 14 days to confirm your return.
You can redeem your coupon code in the last step of your order.
Before you complete the purchase, you will be shown a summary of your order. There you will also see a field for coupons, where you can enter your discount code.
If the voucher conditions are met, the discount will be deducted from the total amount of your order.
Do you have problems there? Then write a short e-mail to the yarn fairy and she will help you as soon as possible.
Once our shipping partner has received your return, it may take up to 14 days to process.
Questions about the order process
Products from the “Unique” category are one-of-a-kind. The yarn for it the yarn fairy bought either on a trip or in a small store. These yarns are conjured into unique pieces and are limited.
Sold out colors depend on the yarn suppliers. As soon as the yarn fairy can buy the yarn again, the color will be unlocked in the store again. It is best to click on “notify me” on the product page, then you will receive an email as soon as the color is available again.
The Yarn Fairy will endeavor to respond within 48 hours. It first checks whether the yarn suppliers have the yarn in the desired color.
